I provide psychotherapy services to late teens, young adults, adults, couples, individuals with chronic mental illness, and families who are seeking meaningful change, deeper self-understanding, and more satisfying relationships. My work is grounded in the belief that people grow best when they feel seen, supported, and respected—while also being thoughtfully challenged to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, steady, and easy to talk to, with a practical yet deeply insightful presence that helps therapy feel purposeful and effective.

My approach is affirming, collaborative, and relational. I view therapy as a genuine partnership where clients can slow down, reflect, and make sense of their internal experience. My work focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior, building insight into long-standing emotional habits, and helping clients move toward what they most deeply want in life, whether that’s greater self-confidence, more secure relationships, relief from emotional pain, or clarity during a difficult transition.
I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including Depression, Anxiety, and Low Self-Esteem; Grief and Loss; Adverse Childhood Experiences; Career Uncertainty and Life Transitions; and Men’s Issues—relationships, emotional competence, identity, or communication. I also work extensively with Couples and Families. My couples work often focuses on recapturing intimacy, navigating relationship transitions, strengthening emotional connection, improving communication, or overcoming infidelity. My family work includes support for challenging family dynamics, smoothing conflict, helping members get unstuck, navigating grief and loss within a family system, and adjusting to life transitions that affect the whole household.
I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, now known as Sofia University. My training integrates traditional clinical theory with a holistic understanding of human development, allowing me to meet clients with nuance, flexibility, and curiosity. I am psychodynamic in my work with individuals, exploring how early experiences, attachment patterns, and unconscious dynamics shape current emotional life. This orientation helps clients develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and the ability to shift long-standing relational patterns that may no longer serve them.
In couples therapy, I am strongly influenced by attachment psychology. I help partners understand the emotional needs, fears, and vulnerabilities underlying repetitive conflicts or communication breakdowns. By making these deeper patterns visible, I support couples in shifting away from reactive cycles and toward more open, honest, emotionally attuned connection. Whether the goal is to rebuild trust, navigate a transition, improve intimacy, or simply reconnect after drifting apart, I provide a non-judgmental space where both partners can feel heard and validated.
With families, I take a structural approach, focusing on the dynamics, boundaries, communication patterns, and generational influences that shape daily interactions. I help families understand how their roles, expectations, and long-held stories may be contributing to tension or gridlock. I work patiently with families to clarify what each member is trying to express, what each person needs, and how the system can function with more support, stability, and understanding. Whether addressing conflict, grief, transitions, or emotional disconnection, I brings steadiness and clarity to complex family situations.
My clinical experience includes work in community-based counseling programs and hospital settings treating chronic mental illness. I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma histories, bipolar disorder, and long-term psychiatric conditions. These environments—often fast-paced and emotionally demanding—shaped my belief in the importance of consistent, compassionate care and the respect I hold for the resilience people show in the face of significant challenges.
In addition to my direct clinical work, I have held director-level positions overseeing treatment programs focused on chronic mental illness, trauma, depression, and anxiety. In these leadership roles, I supervised clinical teams, guided program development, and helped shape evidence-based practices for clients requiring high levels of care. These experiences inform my current work, giving me a broad, systemic perspective on treatment, change, and the many factors that influence mental and emotional well-being.
Across all settings and client populations, my priority is to help people feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful growth. I believe therapy should be both reflective and practical—offering emotional depth as well as useful tools and new ways of approaching life. My work honors the complexity of each person’s history while staying focused on the present moment and the future clients want to create.
Spiritual community was a big part of my upbringing. I had instilled in me from a young age the values of mindfulness, meditation, and the spiritual journey. These foundational principles integrated well with my natural curiosity about human experience and my heart-centered drive to help others.
Whether someone is struggling with low mood or anxiety, working to rebuild confidence, navigating grief, trying to make sense of painful childhood experiences, facing a major life or career transition, or seeking more fulfilling relationships, I bring steadiness, clarity, and a deeply human presence to the process. I meet clients with curiosity rather than judgment, believing that most people are doing the best they can with the tools and strategies they’ve learned—strategies that may have been adaptive at one time but now limit their growth or connection.
My work is grounded in the belief that change becomes possible when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves and supported enough to try something new. My goal is to provide that space: one where clients can reflect deeply, speak freely, understand themselves more fully, and make choices aligned with the life they want to build.
My Fees:
Individuals: $225/50 minutes and $300/80 minutes
Couples: $250/50 minutes and $350/80 minutes
Families: $250/50 minutes and $350/80 minutes
