Create Clarity, Connection and Change.

Welcome

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

Starting therapy can feel like a significant step—often taken during times of stress, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself and your relationships.

I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. My approach is collaborative and relational, grounded in curiosity, respect, and an understanding of how past experiences shape present patterns. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s navigating anxiety or depression, addressing relationship challenges, working through life transitions, or changing long-standing ways of feeling stuck.

Therapy isn’t about quick fixes or judgment. It’s about creating room for clarity, insight, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I aim to offer a steady, thoughtful space where you can speak openly and feel understood.

I invite you to read through my specialty pages to see who I work with. If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to reach out and see if we’re a good fit.

About Me

I provide psychotherapy services to late teens, young adults, adults, couples, families, and some people with psychotic diagnoses.

My approach is affirming, collaborative and relational. Treatment goals focus on building insight, identifying and changing unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior, and working toward what clients most deeply want in life.

I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (now Sofia University). I am psychodynamic-oriented in work with individuals, attachment psychology oriented with couples, and structurally oriented with families. My clinical experience includes community-based counseling
programs and hospital settings treating chronic mental illness. I have held director-level positions overseeing treatment programs for chronic mental illness, trauma, and depression/anxiety.

I have always been interested in human experience, taking up psychology books long before I began formal training.  I was raised with exposure to Eastern principles of wellness and spirituality, and value highly the applications and benefits of mindfulness practices.  I’m an avid snowboarder, and enjoy travel, hiking, meditation, and frequency social contact with friends and family.
